Exercises:
1. Walk on the mat forwards and backwards (7-9 reps).
2. In standing position, lift the body on tiptoes (7-9 reps).
3. In standing position, roll from heels to toes (7-9 reps).
4. Walk cross-step on the mat (7-9 reps).
5. Walk on the inner side of foot (7-9 reps).
6. Walk on the outer side of foot (7-9 reps).
7. Walk on tiptoes (30-60 sec).
8. In standing position, squat and distribute the weight on the whole foot; keep the heel pressed to the mat (7-9 reps)
9. In standing position, lift one leg and keep balance on the other one; then do the same with the other leg (7-9 reps).
10. Jump from one piece to another (7-9 reps).
11. In standing position, lift one leg and jump on the other one; then do the same with the other leg (6-8 reps).
12. Walk on the mat in a half-sitting position (6-8 reps).
