Purchasing an item from our catalog is quick and easy. Choose the method that works best for you:

- or send us a message through the contact form in the "Contacts" section, including your phone number.
Delivery
We deliver orders via:
- Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta — to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier;
- Rozetka pickup point.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to the rates of the selected delivery service.
Payment
- Cash on delivery — available at Nova Poshta branche;
- Prepayment — required for delivery to Rozetka pickup points;
- Installment payment via PrivatBank — with no overpayments.
Installment payment is simple and beneficial:
- available for orders from 17,000 UAH
- up to 6 payments: the first one is charged immediately, the rest over the next 5 months
- no overpayments or additional fees for you
How to use it:
- Add the product to your cart and choose the "Installment payment" method
- After confirming the order, you’ll be redirected to the Privat24 page
- Log in, confirm the installment setup, and pay the first installment
Returns and Exchanges
- You can return or exchange a product within 14 days if it has not been used and retains its original condition. To return a product, please fill out the online return form.
- In this case, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Items for exchange are shipped within 2 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
- The money will be refunded either in cash or to your bank card.
