You should not think that frame insoles are a purely therapeutic device that is used when the diagnosis has reached the point of no return, and the only salvation is symptom relief. Not at all: in addition to alleviating the condition, they also solve preventive and corrective problems. So in what situations will wearing such insoles be justified and effective?
- For the prevention and correction of longitudinal, transverse and combined flat feet - to redistribute the load and relieve muscle tension;
- for those who spend a lot of time on their feet and do not have the opportunity to rest often (due to their profession) - to stabilize the foot, prevent fatigue;
- with diagnosed diseases of the spine and joints of the legs, with heel spurs, hammertoes, varicose veins and leg swelling, arthrosis and arthritis - to relieve pain;
- during rehabilitation after injuries and surgeries on the legs;
- during pregnancy or excess weight - to soften and redistribute increased load;

How to wear frame insoles?
Pay attention to the frame material, its structure, density, rigidity and shock-absorbing properties, as well as the upper material.
As a rule, part of the frame insole is an elastic shock absorber located under the heel. It softens the impact load on the heel even when walking, which also reduces the overall pressure on the foot, leg joints and spine. Models with genuine leather uppers allow the foot to "breathe" and absorb moisture perfectly. Perforation of the leather covering creates an optimal microclimate for the feet, providing ventilation and thermoregulation of the feet. If there is an antibacterial lining with activated carbon, then bacteria and fungi have no chance of appearing, and foot hygiene will be under control.
