Warranty obligations are regulated by section 2 of the Law of Ukraine on consumer protection
Warranty periods for goods according to DSTU:
- Footwear - 30 days from the date of sale through a retail network or from the beginning of the season.
- Other goods - in accordance with the conditions of manufacturers indicated on the packaging.
Cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of the other provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of the rights of citizens" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172":
- Goods for sanitary hygiene and personal use;
- Medical products;
- Corset products, bandages.
Return/exchange goods possible within 14 days, provided that the goods have not been used and their presentation is preserved, in this case, transportation costs ;bearing by the buyer. The item that the buyer has chosen for exchange will be shipped within two business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund for the goods is carried out after we receive the goods within two business days in cash or on the buyer's bank card.
