You can adjust the intensity, speed of the exercises and the number of fingers involved; control the exercises both through the device display and the second “mirror” glove (put on the other hand).
There are separate ones for the right and left hands, in 5 sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL
Size XS is intended for children, in this size it is not possible to adjust each finger separately, all fingers are bent and unbent at once. This size is in blue.

To begin the exercise, you need to put on the training glove on your hand, insert the hose into the system unit, press the power button on the system unit. After that, air is supplied through the hose into the glove, thereby forcing the fingers to contract, then the air is pumped out and the fingers unclench.
The left button with a circular arrow switches the training modes. The “+” and “-” buttons can be used to adjust the intensity of the exercises. There is also a button to pause/start the workout.
Each “finger” of the glove has a toggle switch, with which you can shut off the air supply to certain fingers, leaving them at rest.
To train with a “mirror” glove, you need to select the mode indicated by the image of two palms. Put a training glove on one hand and a "mirror" glove on the other. After that, squeeze and unclench your hand in the mirror glove, and the hand in the training glove will repeat these actions.
