Instructions for assembling and using a multifunctional exercise machine
1. Package Contents
Before you begin assembly, make sure that the kit includes all the necessary parts:

2. Assembling the Machine
Step 1: Installing the Main Frame

3. Instructions for use
Mode 1: Shoulder Girdle Training
- Sit on a chair, place your feet on the pedals.
- Grab the handles and start rotating your arms in a circle.
- Adjust the direction and amplitude of rotation to train different muscle groups.
Mode 2: Training with expanders
- Use elastic rings to train your arm muscles.
- While sitting on a chair, hold the rings and pull them in different directions to create resistance.
Mode 3: Leg Training
- Place your feet on the pedals and start moving your legs according to the selected mode:
- Swinging both legs in one direction.
- Rotation legs forward and backward.
- Single or double leg extension.
Resistance adjustment:
- Use the resistance control to change the intensity of the workout depending on your fitness level.
