Gastric support band
This bandage is made of soft and elastic materials. It is made using 4 plastic splints for maximum reinforcement. The design of the bandage for supporting the stomach includes a cross-shaped brace on the back. Thanks to such reinforcing structures, it is effective in case of congenital or acquired disorders of organ fixation, perfectly supports the stomach in the correct position. Changing the position or displacement of organs when wearing this bandage is impossible.
Main indications for use:
- prolapse of abdominal organs, especially of a constitutional or acquired nature due to trauma, surgery, weight loss, weakening of the abdominal and pelvic muscles;
- congenital or acquired disorders of fixation of the internal organs of the abdominal cavity.
The stomach support bandage provides limitation of pathological mobility of internal organs. It is necessary to take into account that it normalizes intra-abdominal pressure, and also improves the tone of the abdominal wall muscles. When choosing a bandage, pay special attention to the size that you need. Also specify the waist size, so that the bandage is as comfortable as possible.
