The back massager relaxes and stretches the spine,provides light stretching and massage of the back muscles, relieves tension.Has three height levels for different loads.
The effect of the massager is similar to the effect of the "bridge" exercise, only softer. During the exercises, it is recommended to place your hands above your head to enhance the stretch.
