The massage mat consists of 8 puzzles and 12 free modular pieces.
The 12 patterns have different surfaces, which develops tactile sensations and creates a variety of massage effects. The pieces are attached to the protruding "posts" of the puzzle. The child can lay out multi-colored patterns on the puzzle or sort them by color, lay them out in random order, or try to put together a figure like a mosaic. The pieces hold well, so you can walk on them freely, massaging your feet.

A child can arrange colorful patterns on the puzzle, sort them by color, place them freely, or try to create shapes like a mosaic. - Walk on the mat forward and backward (30–40 seconds).
- Starting position — standing, rise on your toes (7–9 times).
- Standing, roll from heel to toe (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the mat with a cross step (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the inner side of the foot (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the outer side of the foot (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on tiptoes (30–60 seconds).
- Squat with full foot support, keeping heels on the mat (7–9 times).
- While standing, balance on one foot, then the other (20–30 seconds).
- Jump from one element to another (7–9 times).
- Jump on one foot, then on the other (6–8 times).
- Semi-sitting position — walk on the mat (20–30 seconds).

Practice 3–5 times a week. After a month, you may notice results — stronger muscles and a more confident gait.
