The massage mat consists of 4 "Honeycomb" puzzle pieces and 48 module parts that attach to the base puzzle. Made from hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material.
The 12 types of patterns have different surfaces that enhance tactile sensations and provide various massage effects. The pieces attach to the raised “pillars” of the puzzle. A child can arrange colorful patterns on the puzzle, sort them by color, place them freely, or try to create shapes like a mosaic. The parts hold firmly, so you can walk freely on them, massaging your feet.

What the sensory massage mat can do:

Exercise routine:
- Walk on the mat forward and backward (30–40 seconds).
- Starting position — standing, rise on your toes (7–9 times).
- Standing, roll from heel to toe (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the mat with a cross step (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the inner side of the foot (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on the outer side of the foot (30–40 seconds).
- Walk on tiptoes (30–60 seconds).
- Squat with full foot support, keeping heels on the mat (7–9 times).
- While standing, balance on one foot, then the other (20–30 seconds).
- Jump from one element to another (7–9 times).
- Jump on one foot, then on the other (6–8 times).
- Semi-sitting position — walk on the mat (20–30 seconds).

Practice 3–5 times a week. After a month, you may notice results — stronger muscles and a more confident gait.
All puzzle pieces are made of the same safe, hypoallergenic PVC material without harmful additives.
Contraindications:
- Open wounds or inflammatory processes on the skin of the feet;
- Diabetic foot syndrome.
