So, we vividly imagined the sincere torment of the average consumer who hates shopping, and decided not to limit ourselves to passively waiting for the arrival of the coveted technologies of the future. But we decided to arrange a breakthrough portal to technical progress in a single online store. We thought correctly - naturally, in our own :)
We built digital intelligence into the code of our site and placed a large round button in the interface, through which the intelligence will communicate with the buyer to make the selection process as easy as possible. The trick is that the buyer himself will not have to choose a pillow - our cute robot will think for him. Just know to give the right answers and press the magic button - look: and the choice will not be so painful.

So, we press the button. Our friendly robot joins the dialogue, it asks about the purpose of the pillow you want to buy. We select, for example, the answer option "For sleep and rest". "How old are you?" the robot asks. We answer without unnecessary coquetry? Then the robot specifies: "What kind of pillows do you like?" Answer options: "Soft", "Moderately soft", "Moderately hard", "Hard", "I don't know". We choose, say, the second option. "In what position do you mainly sleep?" - the robot asks its next question and again gives hints: "On your side", "On your stomach", "On your back", "It's always different", "I don't know". We answer that it is most comfortable to sleep on your side. The robot in response bursts into a meaningful tirade: "I have an idea of what pillows will suit you, and I am ready to recommend them. But to make sure of the choice, it would be great to measure the distance from the base of the neck to the shoulder. Will you measure or is this not possible?" We choose an answer from two proposed: "I will measure - I really want a comfortable pillow!" or "Not possible". Depending on the measurements, the robot offers options. With measurements, the choice will be narrower, and if you refuse due to the lack of opportunity, then the offer will be wider: pillows of various designs and fillings, with different height bolsters, etc.
Let's try to omit the specifics and answer all questions - except age, of course :) - "I don't know." And the robot will still find something to offer you – as a result of your request, you will find as many as four pillows, differing in the height of the bolsters, which can also be adjusted, as well as the type of filler.
That is, even for those who are very hesitant, we will select that very universal pillow, which will become extremely comfortable.
The longest process of selecting orthopedic pillows is for sleeping and resting. Pillows from other categories appear in the search results after answering the first question.
…For those who are not so confused about the choice as to blindly trust it to artificial intelligence, we have simplified the task by reducing the process to three groups of parameters.
