And if there are health complications in childhood - ignoring them is completely excluded.

So, when a foot massage is needed for treatment or prevention, it must be done - definitely. And do you know? - walking along the beach every day is absolutely not necessary! If you cannot organize a daily promenade along the pebble shore - the shore itself will come to you. Of course, not in the original, but in a very simplified version - but it will come.

  • walk on pebbles, leaning alternately on the inner or outer side of the foot;
  • roll smoothly from heel to tiptoe and vice versa, alternate walking on tiptoes and heels;
  • step, taking small steps on bent legs, leaning on the entire foot;
  • stand alternately on the right and left leg for 10 seconds, trying to maintain balance;
  • jump on both legs or alternating one with the other, etc.

Actually, the same exercises are recommended for children when treating foot deformities, but since children are bored doing something simply according to instructions, massage for them must necessarily be accompanied by playful moments. For example, you can place a miniature magical land on the rug, where residents of different cities move in their own way: in city A they walk on their heels, in city B - on their toes, neighbors from the south - jump on one leg, and northerners bend their feet to the outer edge. Combine the proposed exercises and turn on your imagination, creating your own foot training complex.
