If you feel the boots, you can feel soft inserts that prevent pressure on the bones from both sides.
There is also a soft insert in the upper part from the inside of the model - this edging also helps to ensure that the shoes do not rub or press. In addition, the insert prevents contact with the upper edge of the model, where the bend is: suede, despite its delicacy, would seem hard for delicate baby skin.
The model is equipped with three Velcro fasteners, they are enough to adjust the sandals by the width of the foot, the rise and the width at the top. The Velcro is of excellent quality, tenacious, and holds securely. The adhesion surfaces are long enough to adjust the foot of any fullness.
It is convenient that the fasteners provide full opening of the model. This is important because orthopedic shoes are high and should fit tightly on the foot, and they are not as easy to take off and put on as is possible with sandals with one buckle and thin binding. Therefore, the ability to completely unfasten is a really good plus.
